Counteractions is the first off-site exhibition by the students from the Art, Culture, and Technology program at MIT (ACT). This curation offers a glimpse into each artists' research, process, and conceptual frameworks. Collectively these artworks serve as investigations into dominant narratives, provoking critical reflection and offering alternative worlds.
Counteractions features the artists Alejandro Medina, Ashmi Mridul, Aubrie James, Christopher Joshua Benton, Cristóbal Garcia Belmont, Hyun Parke, Ishraki Kazi, Luca Senise, Mrinalini Singha, Reina Mun, and Zhanyi Chen.
